House Of Taperz LLC ("Haus Of Taperz," "we," "us") is a barbershop at 3966 S. Broadway, Englewood, CO 80113. This policy explains what information we collect when you book, visit, or contact us, and how we use it.

  • Your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address.
  • Appointment details: services, barber, date and time, and notes you add.
  • Payment card details, which are stored securely by our payment processor (Square). We never store full card numbers.
  • Your SMS consent choice, including the date and time you gave it.
  • Basic website information such as how you found us (for example, an ad or link).

How we use it

  • To book, confirm, change, and manage your appointments.
  • To take payment and apply our no-call/no-show policy.
  • If you opt in, to send post-appointment text messages asking for feedback or a Google review.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.

SMS messaging

Text messages are sent only to customers who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent/opt-in data will not be shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, and only to send the messages you agreed to receive.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the shop (such as booking, payments, and text messaging) or when required by law.
